AI-powered test automation, wherever your pipeline runs

From Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions — reliable automation frameworks, accelerated by AI.

I help teams move beyond basic automation with AI-assisted frameworks built to last. Whether your system is web-based, API-driven, desktop, or distributed, I design coverage that integrates cleanly into any CI/CD pipeline — Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and beyond. AI is woven into the process itself, from test case ideation and coverage analysis to code review, so every engagement benefits from modern tooling without adding overhead.

Portfolio

Web Automation at Scale

I have designed and maintained web automation frameworks for complex, business-critical applications, ranging from public-facing platforms to internal enterprise tools.

These frameworks emphasized maintainability, reuse, and stability over time, using patterns such as Page Objects and flow-based testing. Special attention was given to handling asynchronous behavior, dynamic content, and environment-specific configurations.

Tools and technologies included Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, with JavaScript, Java, or C#, integrated into CI pipelines.

API, Integration & Backend Testing

I have worked heavily on testing API-driven systems, integrations, and backend services, including message-based architectures and microservice-style components.

The focus was on validating request/response contracts, data integrity, authentication flows, and error handling under both functional and non-functional scenarios.

This included building custom tools and frameworks inspired by platforms such as Postman, JMeter, and SoapUI, designed to be reusable and runnable independently of UI layers.

Desktop Application Automation

Part of my experience involved automating Windows-based desktop applications, including internal tools and system-level utilities interacting with operating system components.

This required handling non-standard UI elements, synchronization challenges, and system dependencies such as services, processes, and configuration state.

Automation solutions were built using technologies such as pywinauto, WinAppDriver, and custom tooling to support deployment and execution across multiple environments.

Performance, Load & Observability

I have designed and executed performance and load testing strategies for systems where scalability and response times were critical.

This included creating distributed load test setups, defining realistic performance flows, and integrating monitoring and observability tools for real-time insight into system behavior.

Technologies used included JMeter, Java-based performance frameworks, distributed load systems, and integrations with monitoring platforms such as InfluxDB and Grafana.

Custom Tooling & Test Infrastructure

Across multiple contexts, I have built internal tools to support testing, automation, and quality processes — ranging from dashboards and reporting tools to environment helpers and browser extensions.

These tools were designed to bridge gaps between CI systems, test frameworks, and issue tracking platforms, improving visibility, control, and feedback loops across teams.

This work often required full-stack development, scripting, and API integrations, with a strong focus on reliability, ease of use, and low maintenance cost.

AI Ready

I use modern AI tooling — coding agents, custom hooks, and MCP integrations — to speed up test design and review.
I continuously adopt new AI developments to keep automation smarter and easier to maintain.

How I Work

I approach automation and quality work as a collaborative process — reducing uncertainty early and building solutions that are practical, maintainable, and aligned with real business needs.

🤝

I work exclusively on a single engagement at any given time

Check the badge on the top right for my current availability.

01
Initial alignment

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, priorities, and expectations — covering scope, timelines, and ways of working before any work begins.

02
Proof of Concept

A small, time-boxed PoC validates the technical approach and tooling choices, surfaces practical constraints early, and gives both sides confidence before full commitment.

03
Team integration

I fit naturally into existing teams as well as standalone engagements — joining sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives as a committed member of your Agile process, whether the arrangement is a contract or a full-time role.

04
Implementation & iteration

Work proceeds iteratively with regular feedback and adjustments, ensuring transparency as requirements evolve. AI-assisted workflows help accelerate test case ideation, coverage analysis, and code review.

05
Ongoing support

After delivery I provide support and knowledge transfer through documentation, walkthroughs, and guidance so your team can fully own and maintain the work going forward.
